Moving most certainly is the ultimate in blessing/curse dualisms. Whilst investigating my leftovers in my parents' old barn I uncovered some reliques from college. I forgot I did my primary paintings in oils. Good thing is the decision to chuck and move on was pretty much made for me due to the warpage, cobwebs and all round badness of the supports. Nostalgic nonetheless.
This is a self portrait from 12 years ago looking rather disenchanted and a bit bulgey-eyed in the painting room at UCFV.

Second year in college...notice the strange floor,
cow-motif bedspread, and all round messy room.
